Ingredients
The stages of preparation:
- Peel and cut the garlic and shallot into small pieces.
- In a large container, combine the ingredients for the marinade: olive oil, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the chicken fillets with this marinade and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the flavors are fully absorbed.
- If you opt for barbecue cooking, drain the meat before cooking on the grill. You can keep the marinade as a sauce if you see that the meat is a little dry.
- If you opt for cooking in the oven, place your fillets directly in the oven with the marinade at the bottom of the dish at 200° for 20-25 minutes.
