Chicken marinated with Provence herbs

 Ingredients

  • 4Chicken fillets
  • 2Herbs of Provence
  • 3case of olive oil
  • 2shallots
  • 2cloves of garlic

Preparation tips



The stages of preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the garlic and shallot into small pieces.
  2. In a large container, combine the ingredients for the marinade: olive oil, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken fillets with this marinade and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the flavors are fully absorbed.
  4. If you opt for barbecue cooking, drain the meat before cooking on the grill. You can keep the marinade as a sauce if you see that the meat is a little dry.
  5.  If you opt for cooking in the oven, place your fillets directly in the oven with the marinade at the bottom of the dish at 200° for 20-25 minutes.
